Welcome to Pest Control Rajshahi. These Terms govern your booking and use of our cleaning, pest-control, and polishing services across Rajshahi Division, Bangladesh. By booking with us — online, by phone, or in person — you agree to these Terms.
A booking becomes a contract when we confirm your slot by SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. You confirm that the information provided (name, address, phone number, and access details) is accurate and authorized.
All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Payment is due upon completion of the service visit. We accept Cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. An official receipt is issued for every transaction.
Our technicians arrive in uniform, carry company identification, and use only chemicals approved in Bangladesh under DAE and Ministry of Health regulations. We provide free re-treatment guarantees within 30 days (60 days for termite, 90 days for cockroach gel baiting) if targeted pests reappear.
Before treatment begins, clients must cover exposed food items, kitchen utensils, and ensure children and pets remain outside treated areas for the advised re-entry duration (typically 2 hours).
